Residence Permit Our fee $700, no visa required

Legal assistance with a 1-year temporary residence permit in Ukraine

This is our main service. If you can enter Ukraine visa-free, you do not need a D-10 visa first: you may be invited by a registered Ukrainian non-governmental organisation and apply for a 1-year temporary residence permit inside the country. Acting as your attorney, we run the whole process for you, from finding the NGO to collecting the permit. The permit itself is issued by the State Migration Service of Ukraine, at its discretion. We do not issue it and we cannot guarantee it.

$700 a single, final price for the whole process. Nothing else is payable to us or to anyone else along the way.
What the $700 covers

The $700 is a single package. It is made up of our attorney fee plus every payment we make on your behalf during the process, so that you deal with one invoice instead of six counterparties.

Legal work we carry out for you:

  • Initial legal consultation, up to one hour
  • Finding a suitable NGO for you to engage with
  • Drafting the supporting documents for you on behalf of the NGO
  • Organising the certified translation of your passport
  • Organising the notarised copy of your passport
  • Collecting the originals for the process in two sets, one for immigration purposes and one for your address registration
  • Booking your appointments at the migration service and the related offices, including the Passport Service "Document" centre
  • Organising a medical insurance policy that complies with the standards required for immigration purposes

Payments we make on your behalf, inside the $700: translator, notary, insurer, NGO membership donation, official state charges, and the Passport Service "Document" centre charges.

We act as a licensed Ukrainian attorney, not as a public authority. The decision on your permit belongs to the State Migration Service of Ukraine alone. You are free to approach the authorities yourself and pay only the official charges. The binding figure for your matter is the one in your written engagement agreement.

Ukrainian Visa Our fee $250

Legal assistance with a Ukrainian long-term D-10 visa

If your nationality is not visa-free for Ukraine, or you prefer to arrive already holding a long-term visa, the D-10 volunteer visa is the route. We prepare the file you submit to the Ukrainian embassy or consulate. The visa decision is taken by the consular officer, not by us.

$250 our legal fee, insurance included. The consular fee is paid by you at the embassy.
What the $250 covers, and what you pay the embassy

Inside our $250:

  • Filling in the Ukrainian visa application form for you
  • Drafting the supporting documents from the NGO that you will engage with
  • A medical insurance policy valid for the visa, priced from $50, which we order and pay for on your behalf

Paid by you, directly to the embassy or consulate: the consular fee, from $60. It is set by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and varies by country and by the type of visa, and it does not pass through us. The current tariff is published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and by each consulate on its own website.

Courier and document shipping charges, where you need them, are quoted separately at cost. A refused visa application is not refunded by the consulate.

Company Registration Our fee $1,050

Legal assistance with company registration in Ukraine

We act for you in incorporating a Ukrainian company remotely, so you do not need to travel. Our work runs from the first consultation on which company form and tax regime suit you, through to the bank account. The company is entered in the Unified State Register by the state registrar, not by us.

$1,050 a single, final price for the whole incorporation. Notary, translation and government charges are already inside it.
What the $1,050 covers

One package: our attorney fee plus every payment we make on your behalf during the incorporation.

Legal work we carry out for you:

  • Initial consultation on the difference between the company forms and the tax options open to you
  • Drafting the power of attorney
  • Organising the translation of the power of attorney, where it was executed abroad, and of the beneficial owner's passport
  • Obtaining a Ukrainian tax number for the beneficial owner
  • Providing the company's registered address for the first three months
  • Drafting the corporate documents and having them notarised on your behalf at the public notary acting as state registrar for the incorporation
  • VAT registration, where you need it
  • Assisting with the opening of a bank account for the new company

Payments we make on your behalf, inside the $1,050: notary fees, translation fees and official government charges.

Incorporation is carried out by the state registrar. We prepare and file, we do not register. You are free to deal with the registrar yourself and pay only the official charges. The binding figure for your matter is the one in your written engagement agreement.

Running the company afterwards

For companies we incorporate, or advise on an existing business, we also offer ongoing support:

  • Accounting, from $250 per month. Bookkeeping, payroll and the filing of Ukrainian tax and statutory reports. The figure depends on your transaction volume and on whether you are VAT registered.
  • Legal retainer, $150 per month. Required alongside the accounting service. It covers day-to-day legal support: contracts, corporate changes, correspondence with the authorities and questions as they arise.

Both are monthly, cancellable, and quoted in writing before the first invoice.

Investment Route Our fee $2,800

Legal representation for the investment route to permanent residence

Ukrainian law provides a permanent residence route for foreign nationals who invest $100,000 or more into a Ukrainian company. The capital is not a sunk cost. It stays under your ownership and may be used for real estate, business operations or other commercial purposes within the company. Because the route runs through a company, we set that company up as part of the work, then carry you through the investment confirmation, the immigration permit, the visa and the residence permit. The permit is granted by the State Migration Service of Ukraine at its discretion, and government processing can take up to six months.

$2,800 a single, final price for the whole route, company formation included. Your $100,000 investment is separate, and it stays yours.
What the $2,800 covers

Everything in our company registration service, because the route requires a Ukrainian company: the consultation on company form and tax regime, the power of attorney and its translation, the tax number for the beneficial owner, the registered address for the first three months, the corporate documents and their notarisation before the state registrar, VAT registration where needed, the bank account, and the notary, translation and government charges we pay on your behalf.

And, on top of that:

  • Opening a special type of bank account for investment purposes
  • Helping with the proof of funds confirmation at the bank, so that the investment is credited to the account without being held up
  • Obtaining a bank statement in the form the immigration service recognises
  • Applying to the immigration service for the preliminary confirmation of the investment
  • Organising the medical test required for immigration purposes
  • Booking the immigration appointment and accompanying you through the process
  • The D-01 visa application once the immigration permit is granted, including the medical insurance for that visa
  • Support through the residence permit application itself

The consular fee for the D-01 visa is paid by you directly to the embassy or consulate and does not pass through us. Our visa page sets out how consular fees work. The $100,000 is not a payment to us: it is capital placed into a company you own. Permanent residence is granted by the State Migration Service of Ukraine at its discretion, and no fee we charge guarantees a decision.

Citizenship by Descent Two stages, from $100

Legal representation for Ukrainian citizenship by descent

Since the law changed in January 2026, foreign nationals with a Ukrainian-born grandparent or great-grandparent may apply to acquire Ukrainian citizenship by territorial origin, in many cases while keeping their existing citizenship where it is on the approved list. We assess your eligibility, make lawyer's requests to the Ukrainian state archives on your behalf, and prepare and submit the application. Citizenship is granted by the Ukrainian authorities, not by us.

$100 then $1,700 stage two is charged only if stage one establishes that you qualify.
What each stage covers
  • Stage 1, $100. Initial consultation and the lawyer's request to the archive.
  • Stage 2, $1,700. Preparing the documents for the citizenship application, and organising their translation and notarisation.

Paid separately: notary and translation fees. They are charged by the notary and the translator, not by us, and they depend on how many documents your file turns out to need.

If the eligibility assessment at stage one shows you do not qualify, we tell you in writing and stage two is not charged. Archive charges depend on how many records must be searched and are passed on at cost.

How our fees work

Each service on this page shows one headline price, and a drop-down that opens the detail. Where a price is a package, such as the $700 residence permit, the drop-down names every payment we make on your behalf, so you can see which part is our professional fee and which part is a charge collected by a notary, an insurer, a translator, an NGO or a state body.

Official charges are not our income. We pass them on at cost, and they can change without notice. Where a fee is paid by you directly, such as the consular fee at an embassy, we say so and do not take it through our account.

You are free to deal with the Ukrainian authorities yourself and pay only the official charges. Many people do. What you are paying us for is legal assessment, correctly prepared documents, lawyer's requests that public bodies are obliged to answer, and representation if something goes wrong. We do not charge a success fee, and no fee we charge guarantees a particular decision. The binding figure for your matter is the one in your written engagement agreement.
