For getting a permanent residence permit you just need to prove that:
- You have 3 years of experience in IT;
- Your income for the previous year was over 24 000 USD or that you have a degree in the field of IT.
For confirmation of both criteria, you need to present a relevant document.
After your candidature will be officially confirmed by the Ministry of economy of Ukraine you will need to submit additional papers to the immigration office. Among those documents criminal clearance record certificate, document that confirms your address in your home country, marriage certificate (if you are married), medical certificate.
After getting an immigration permit and permanent residence permit you will enjoy rights and benefits of Ukrainian citizen except of political one.
Time of processing your application by the immigration office is usually up to 12 months.
